Serrano Honey Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
2 8oz packages of whole white mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of Serrano Honey vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
4 cloves of garlic minced
Directions:
In a skillet over medium high heat add the sesame oil. Add the mushrooms and salt and pepper. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until they start to become tender. In a small bowl whisk serrano honey vinegar, honey and minced garlic. Add the sauce to the mushrooms and continue to sauté for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce reduces and mushrooms are tender and coated in the sauce. Serve with rice or quinoa!
