I love to use this vinegar for my salad dressing. It blends well with the Persian lime olive oil.
I found this vinegar almost 1 1/2 years ago and have ordered it multiple times. I can not imagine my roasted veggies without it along with some good extra virgin olive oil - mmmmmmm yummy!
