    Great mild garlic flavor without any harsh tones. I use this for everything, especially salad dressings. If I don't feel like peeling garlic for recipes it adds enough flavor on its own to keep the food from being bland.

    I’m in love with this product, I use it to roast veggies, chicken and more… I also send it as gifts to my friends. They love it to and often ask for more.
