Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena but is not caramelized; therefore, it retains its white color. The result is crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from Northern Italy.

We have been using this for several years and it is delicious. I use it in lots of things, but love it in various salads where it makes a wonderful upgrade. Can't go wrong with this. Comes carefully packaged so no breakage ever to day. Enjoy.
