    I love this vinegar- it is our go to vinegar as we mix up wonderful new salad dressing concoctions! As I wrote in an earlier review, my salad dressing recipe is olive oil, Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic vinegar, and a touch of the Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic vinegar to give it an "oomph". So healthy and incredibly tasting.
