This basil infused olive oil tastes fantastic. I like it on pasta, with some Italian seasoning, garlic, and parmesan. Also w/bread and a little of the flavored vinegar... I use the peach one w/it. There're probably so many more dishes to try it with. It has so much flavor, it really is a game changer.
We love using it on caprese salad. I also use it to sear tenderloin prior to placing in oven and it makes it taste like a fine steakhouse steak.
Good with pasta and bread with a lot of cheese and for salads too.
