Sweet Clover Honey is very different from traditional clover honey. Clover honey has many different flavors depending on where it was harvested. We think our sweet clover is the absolute best there is. It has a clean sweet flavor with cinnamon notes. Very light in color and low moisture you are sure to love this honey. As always our honey is raw and unfiltered. We cold pack our honey nice and slow to ensure all the enzymes are active and the good stuff is in the jar.
