    I love this vinegar- it is our go to vinegar as we mix up wonderful new salad dressing concoctions! As I wrote in an earlier review, my salad dressing recipe is olive oil, Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic vinegar, and a touch of the Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic vinegar to give it an "oomph". So healthy and incredibly tasting.

    I love this product when basting meat for grilling. I have started using it as a dressing on my tossed salad. It is amazing!
