I like balsamic vinegar but this particular Black Mission Fig is by far the best I have tasted. I even added some to a marinade for chicken and came out really good .

We love this vinegar. I add it to my salad dressing to give it an "oomph". By the way, my dressing recipe is olive oil, Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic vinegar, and a touch of the black mission fig dark balsamic vinegar. So healthy and incredibly tasting.
