    The first time I tried this vinegar was by a recommendation made to me by the person at the store. Now, I won't live without it. This product is a companion to all foods. Fish, chicken, steak, sandwiches, salads, eggs, beans, all vegetables, the list goes on and on. I order online and it arrives at my door in just a few days, but I would rather travel the 5 hours to Mt. Dora to pick it up.

    I purchased this as a gift for my husband. We 1st purchased in Mount Dora & we both loved the taste. He was upset when the bottle was empty to I bought it without his knowledge & he was very delighted.

    This vinegar is so smooth and tasty. The lemon is in there but as a subtle flavoring not an overpowering taste. I love the traditional dark Balsamic vinegars, but this white has made me a believer in the quality and flavor of the clears.
