Our finest barrel aged Italian balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Produced in the traditional Modena style and aged at least 12 years in various wood barrels. The acidity (6%) of our 12 year dark balsamic vinegar makes it pair extremely well with our sweeter oils and sweet foods, such as fresh fruit., glazes, marinades, or desserts.
