Summer Fruit Salad with Lime and Passion Fruit Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of cubed honey dew melon
• 3 kiwis, peeled and cut in to quarters
• 1/4 cup of blueberries
• Equal parts (2 tablespoons) of Persian Lime Oil and Passion Fruit White Balsamic
• 1 teaspoon of honey *optional*

Combine the fruit in a bowl. Next add the oil, vinegar, and honey in a small bowl and whisk together until it thickens. Pour mixture over fruit and enjoy!
