Smoky Blue Cheese and Balsamic Kettle Chips
Ingredients:
1 large bag Kettle potato chips with sea salt
1-2 tablespoons Chipotle Olive Oil (to taste)
1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
2 Tablespoons 18 year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (or more, to taste)
2-3 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 green onion, chopped
Directions:
Arrange potato chips on an oven safe dish, and drizzle LIGHTLY with Chipotle oil, and sprinkle on blue cheese.
Warm in oven (at 350) for about 3-4 minutes.
Remove dish and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Sprinkle with bacon and green onions and serve immediately.
