Most acacia comes from Hungarian bees in Europe, Savannah bees, or honey from Ukraine & Italy. Our sweet acacia is made in the USA and is local honey for Chicago, Illinois and Wisconsin and is a wild forest honey from organic flowers.This light colored raw acacia honey is very clear in appearance with a strong floral presence. The subtle hints of vanilla and mint are excellent paired with tea.  The complex taste is very different from store bought honey due to its bio activity from minimum processing. Honey Feast is a producer of small batch American honey in Florida and is comprised of beekeepers striving to find innovative ways to manage beehives naturally.
