​Coconut Lime Marinated Shrimp


Ingredients:

2 pounds of frozen, already cooked shrimp, thawed
1 garlic clove finely minced
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
1/3 cup of MDOO Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup of MDOO Coconut White Balsamic
1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
fresh cracked pepper

Directions:

Whisk vigorously or shake in a sealed jar the garlic, Persian Lime EVOO, Coconut White Balsamic, soy sauce, pepper, red pepper flakes and parsley. Pour over shrimp and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least three hours. Serve as an appetizer or over mixed greens as a salad. Wrap in iceberg lettuce for delicious lettuce wraps! *Try this same recipe with many of our top pairings.
