Pork Loin Caprice

Balsamic vinegar is thick, sweet-smelling vinegar that is made from pure and unfermented grape juice, which is known as must. Several varieties of grapes can be used to create balsamic vinegar, but the Trebbiano grape, which is native to Modena, Italy, is the most common. Another variety that is commonly used is Lambrusco. Ancellotta and Sauvignon are sometimes used as well. This type of vinegar is often used in cooking, as a salad dressing or as a topping for vegetables

  • 3 Each Tomato
  • 1 Serving Fresh Basil
  • 8 Oz. Fresh Mozzarella
  • 4 Oz. Pesto Sauce
  • 2 lb. Pork Loin
  • 1 Serving Balsamic Reduction Garnish
  • 1 Serving  Marinade
  • 2 Oz. Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 4 Oz. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Oz. Tangerine Balsamic
  • 1 Oz. Garlic
  • 1 Serving Fresh Oregano To Taste
  • 1 Serving Thyme To Taste
  • 1 Serving Brown Sugar To Taste
  • 1 Oz. Dijon Mustard

A chipotle pepper is basically a smoked jalapeno pepper. Chipotles have a distinct smoky and sweet flavor, and there are two main types. While they are most commonly used in Mexican and Tex-Mex cooking, they can be added to all types of dishes.
